1. Can I get my money back if I sent it to the wrong UPI ID?

If the receiver is genuine and the bank is notified quickly, there is a good chance of reversal. As per RBI & NPCI guidelines, banks are responsible for investigating and trying to recover funds. However, we cannot guarantee refunds — the final decision lies with your bank and NPCI.

The duration depends on your bank and NPCI. Generally, resolution may take up to 90 days under RBI rules. Some cases get resolved within a week, while complex disputes may take longer.

No. We are not a bank or UPI app. We guide you through the official RBI/NPCI complaint and escalation process, help draft complaint letters, and track status updates. The final refund decision rests with the bank/NPCI.

Yes. We follow strict data protection measures. Information you share (transaction ID, UPI ID, etc.) is used only for complaint processing and is never shared with third parties, except when necessary to escalate your complaint with your bank/NPCI.

You can track your complaint using the Complaint ID generated on our platform. You’ll also receive updates via email/SMS.


8. Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes. Our website is available 24/7 to file complaints. For Premium Support, our agents are available during 9 AM – 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.


9. What if the receiver refuses to return the money?

If the receiver does not return the funds voluntarily, the bank investigates and takes action as per RBI rules. In some cases, legal escalation may be necessary. We provide templates and escalation support for such situations.
